Many patients come to us after years of:
  • Repeated dental treatments

  • Dentures that don’t stay in place

Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about All on 4 Implant.

1. Is All-on-4 / All-on-6 painful?

The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia. Mild swelling or discomfort may occur after, but is usually manageable.

Initial recovery takes a few days. Full healing and final restoration may take several months.

Possible risks include implant failure or prosthetic complications, but these are minimised with proper planning and technology.

Yes, mild swelling, bruising, or discomfort is normal and temporary.

It depends on bone condition and treatment approach, typically several months.

With proper care and maintenance, they can last many years with stable function.

Yes. In most cases, when the implants achieve good stability and the bone conditions are suitable, you can receive a fixed full-arch temporary set of teeth as early as the next day. This is a key part of the All-on-X concept, allowing you to leave with teeth that look natural, feel comfortable, and restore your smile while the implants heal

Daily care includes brushing, using super floss, and water flossing around and beneath the prosthesis. We also recommend six monthly dental check-ups and professional cleaning. At intervals advised by our dentists, the prosthesis may need to be professionally removed so its underside can be thoroughly cleaned and polished.
